DETAILS ON THE SCOPE OF WORK:
Position: L1 VOIP Professional
Education credentials : BE/ BSc/BTech/BCA/MCA/ME/MSc/MBA(IT) or or 3 yrs full time diploma course from well known institute /university
Location : Mumbai
Notice Period : Needs to join immediately-On or before 13th October
Needs to attend personal interview on weekdays only
To qualify for these positions, you should:
Have a Good Educational Background
Have 1+ years of total experience
Candidate should be technically sound with good foundations. Expertise in setup and configuration of Windows 2003
Should have experienced in troubleshooting VOIP, LINUX, Windows Servers
Co-coordinating with L2 Engineers for the further analysis of the Service Requests.
New Site Implementation for VoIP/ InstaCC Customers
MS Exchange 2003 server administration and Patch management
MIS reporting for the uptime report on daily and monthly basis
Should be comfortable to work on 24*7 support profile(rotational shifts)
