The Job: Development and Sustenance of our world class products. These products boast of client server architectures, run 24x7 and are primarily based on Microsoft technologies using VC++ \ Java as the development platform. The job is based in SEEPZ/Hiranandani, Mumbai .
Candidate Profile: Excellent communications skills, clear analytical thinking, penchant for problem solving, thirst for knowledge coupled with high learnability, capable of working under minimal supervision, must be a graduate in any discipline and should have a good understanding of OO concepts coupled with experience in C++ , .Net, Java and Test Automation.
Process for freshers and experience from 1 to 3 years .
1. On receiving the mail of interested students, based on the screening - we shall intimate you the ID number for the aptitude / technical test, which will held on 12th September 2009. - We need to get your reply before 5th September 2009.
2.An email would be sent to you with further details (venue and timing of the test) and your ID number, ensure that you quote this ID number for all future correspondence.
3. The test would be composed of questions to test your aptitude, basic analytical, communication skills and your C++ /.Net and Java knowledge if any.
4. Post the test, there would be a technical group discussion for candidates who have been short-listed, successful candidates would be subsequently interviewed. Candidates who are short listed from the interview would have to appear for the final interview.
5. Candidates finally selected will need to supply two references from responsible individuals who were associated with them in a supervisory category.
6.After the final selection, all the information provided by the candidates regarding their marks, their college/institution, their place of residence etc. will be verified by an independent entity. Any discrepancies found unless satisfactorily explained will result in withdrawal of the offer.
