Development Lead
Main Duties
The primary function of this role is to work as part of the Development team to develop and support applications that are based on desktop, SOA with SQL server database.
To be successful in this role you will be need to have
- .NET/WPF/VB.Net/C# programming as a core skill.
- Possess strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to architect, design and code a software solution that is efficient and maintainable
- Exposure to automated unit testing
- Ability and experience to lead a team
Additionally the candidate should have degree of flexibility and ability to adapt, understand requirements, develop and deliver projects in stipulated timeline.
Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience of desktop applications using VB.NET / WPF / Web Services/SQL Server a must
Exposure to backend systems is a big plus such as SQL Server
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience/Knowledge of C#/WCF/ASP.NET preferred
Experience/Knowledge of US Taxation / Accounting preferred
Candidates with primary experience in ASP and web development will most likely not considered
Knowledge of design patterns preferred
Overall IT experience of 6-8+ years preferred.
