Job Description:
--Take your broad job knowledge and skills to a new level by providing on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software of Analytical equipemnts like HPLC,GC,GCMS,LCMS etc.--To provide support and maintenance of existing Chromatography equipments.--Install and optimize hardware/softwareand configurations at customer sites.--Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.--Lead field services and support projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers.--Excellent in analytical, logical skills and problem solving attitude.--Ability to understand business direction and map those into solutions.--Ability to conduct customer trainings, demos as and when required.--Experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years practical experience.
