Summary of Duties includes:
Working closely with team leaders, IT colleagues, Business representatives and users, 3rd party vendors and outsource partners to provide the best support to meet business needs. This includes working a pre determined shift pattern based around the UK day and out of hours call out responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile : The Software Engineer is responsible for undertaking the day to day support for the CMT production systems, back office applications and reporting services. The role is hands-on and responsibility for a range of components is expected.
