Education: BE/BTech-E&C/E&E/E&I/CS/MCA
Experience: 5 ~ 10 Years

Skills Required:
Mandatory Skills:

Experience in Core Java, EJB, Struts and Swing Components
Application Software development in LInux/Solaris and/or Windows OS
Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Rational Rose
Experience in design and architecting of large scale, n tier systems
Proficiency with end to end DB design
Experience in Complex SQL Programming
Usage of Report generation tool on any one DB like for eg., SQL Server 2005 or Oracle 8i
Experience in using Swing Components for GUI design and development

Desired Skills:
Experience in developing Generic API library functions
Experience of Design Patterns
HTML Creative Screen Layout Designing
Database Administration for SQL Server 2005 OR Oracle 8i
Familiarity with J2EE
Quality Process Knowledge
Proficiency with Linux/Solaris based application and/or Systems Software development
