Job Description

Job Title: Trainee Survey Programmer

Job Purpose:

To program online surveys for international projects; the job would involve structuring, scripting, QC’ing, client interaction and delivering data/reports.

Job Title: Trainee Data Analyst

Job Purpose:

Analyze data and generate tables for international clients, with the help of statistical softwares like Quantum, SPSS etc

Requirement:

Very good at logic & programming concepts
Prefer candidates with the working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript; any one of the programming languages (C, C++, VB, Java)
Knowledge of Flash programming would be an added advantage
Graduate / PG [students appeared for Final year (in any stream)] with good communication skills – verbal and written
Attention to details; quality conscious
Fresher or candidates with experience in voice / non- voice BPO, & sound knowledge of programming can also apply.

Timings:
The employee will be required to work in 24 X 7 shifts i.e. you will be in rotating shifts and will get any 2 days in the week as the holidays. You should be open to come for work, on a holiday, in case of any urgent work.

Reporting to:
Will be reporting to the Team Leader

Career path:
Within two years at Cross-Tab, based on your performance you will be considered for a “Team Leader’s” level.
